Paul Ivey, guitarist and backing vocalist for the Jacksonville blues band "Yankee Slickers," plays at Springing the Blues on Sat., April 4, 2009, at Jacksonville Beach. Yankee Slickers was chosen as the local band to perform at the blues festival, sponsored by George's Music.
